My Project

My students will be learning about poetry and the important elements of poetry.

We will be penning our own poems and publishing them!

I would love for my students to be able publish, laminate their uniquely designed covers and bind their original poetry books.

This will create lasting memories for years to come along with creating a workshop environment in our classroom. Students will do the work themselves and will be presenting thier work to our school community, including our parents!

The timers will help all students stay on task and focused. This will help to foster mindfulness and good time management skills.

With CMAS testing coming up this will be a great exploratory project for my students to work on after our testing blocks.
