My Project

My fifth graders are such fun! They make me smile every day! Many of them come from impoverished situations, so school is their safe place to learn and have fun. I enjoy being their mentor, mom, counselor, teacher, and more while they are here!

Our school district does not have the funds to provide every student with the materials that will help them be as organized as they can be here at school.

We have a "suggested" supply list that we offer to students, but most can't afford all of the items on it. I am requesting binders, folders, and some other basic necessities that our school district does not currently have the funds to provide for us in our classroom.
