Help me give my students their own individual binders and plastic 8 tab dividers. Both these items are a great starter kit for organizing our materials.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, eager to learn, and willing to be use strategies and skills that create success in their grades. We need the heavy-duty binders so that they last the majority of the school year. It is the bases for our organizational tool system. In the past, we’ve tried using paper binder tabs, and found we had to tape or repair them within the first 10 weeks of school.
Organization is a lifelong skill needed to be successful!
Picture this, we enter the classroom whether it is a bellringer or opening activity students know exactly where to go—the binder! They are already set up for the transitional minutes. No time is wasted. The teacher gives a prompting cue to get their activity out and even mentions the tab color in which to locate it. Once the first 21 school days has come and gone the routine is set in place for the rest of the school year.
