Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach English and Spanish speaking students at a bilingual school in a small-town neighborhood. The supplies I am requesting will help the students have the daily supplies needed to complete in-school and at-home activities. Supplies such as pencils, highlighters, colored and white paper, and earbuds will guarantee that students are equipped with the daily tools needed. Books and games in both English and Spanish will support the bilingual curriculum providing students with opportunities to be engaged in learning. Online resources, such as TPT, Teachers Pay Teachers, will provide ideas and activities used to supplement our reading, writing, social studies, and Spanish curriculum. This website offers many teacher-made resources that correlate with our academic programs and provide practice, reteaching, and enriching activities for the students as needed. Finally, the file carts will keep these materials organized and easily available for student use.
