My Project
Within our classroom, we have nearly 40% English Language Learners (ELL). Many of these students are learning the new classroom rules and routines while still working on the understanding of the english language. With bilingual learning tools student engagement will increase. These learning tools include games, books, and picture tools.
Creating a welcoming and bilingual environment for my ELL students will encourage participation, enhance their learning experience, and further their education within the Philadelphia school district. Any supplies donated to our classroom is helpful to all students, along with the educators that now have a helpful tool when educating our young children.
This classroom project was brought to life by A Philly Special Christmas.
