Help me give my students some amazing bilingual books! My students will love having these books added to their classroom library so they can read with their friends in English and Spanish.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students need more books in their native language of Spanish in their classrooms. This project will allow me to give several books to each kindergarten, first, second, and third grade teacher so they can add them to their classroom libraries.
My students will be so excited to have books in their native language in their classroom library.
This will encourage them to read more and help foster their love of reading in both languages. It will be wonderful to see friends reading together, sharing books that they can both understand! This project is just a small step towards the ultimate goal of increasing literacy in both English and Spanish.
