This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every time a child in my first-grade class uses their crayons to color, they have all the necessary supplies on hand; a world of excitement and hope for our future opens up. The requested materials, colored pencils, ink for our printer, folders, and materials from classroom decor and others, are used daily and necessary in our classroom to help students succeed and achieve their full potential.
Each item in this project is necessary to complement the activities and work carried out throughout the school year and gives students the opportunity to access materials that, due to the economic situation of their homes, would be almost impossible to acquire.
Our school is a school that has more than 90% low-income families who cannot afford these materials.
I am sure that the future of our nation is in our schools, and for this reason, we request your regular contribution to complete this project
