This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is such a joy to see my students become inquisitive about new words in the text that we read daily. With your help, having these dictionaries in my RLA ( Reading Language Art) classroom will help my students in their vocabulary development. It empowers them to also take personal responsibility for their own learning.

When my students encounter unfamiliar words, they will be able to use their dictionaries as an essential tool to help them discover the meaning of the new word as well as the pronunciations.

My goal is to help my students become better with their vocabularies to help their reading comprehension.
