My Project
"Mrs. Trinh, can we celebrate what we've learned?" a student asked me after the class immersed in a course called, Human Impact: Saving Today’s Dinosaurs. It is a Build the Change course from the LEGO Group and the Natural History Museum, London and at Tring. I would like to have a celebration after the “Showcase Day” of show-and-tell event that sharing the creations and ideas from the young learners.
The healthy food that I requested would be a great compliment and motivators to those students' accomplishments.
Before we develop plans for the change-making of the negative human impact to Earth, I would motivate my students by explaining about the fun party at the end of the project to hype them. While we enjoy the snacks we would also share our stories of our journey and accomplishments. So, we'll make connections through the food we share.
