My Project

I have coached boys wrestling for 20 years. Our district just started a girls' program last year. After coaching the girls for a year, it has become apparent that they lack the strength that the boys have.

This exercise equipment will help the girls develop the overall strength they need to become successful wrestlers.

The strength training opportunities this equipment provides will become a part of our weekly workout routine.

I'm hoping that by adding these exercises into a weekly routine, they will help the girls become more powerful athletes and help them win contested positions that other female wrestlers cannot.
