My Project
Please help my dance team feel more confident with a new set of pom poms. We have been wanting to dance a choreography using pom poms but since we don't have enough for everyone we have been putting it aside. We don't want anyone left aside due to lack of equipment. While dance classes teach discipline, confidence, and team spirit, they also foster a love for learning. Dancing is a popular form of physical exercise and studies have shown that dancing can decrease anxiety, increase self-esteem, and improve psychological well-being.
