My Project
I am inspired by the passion of my students and their interest in expanding their knowledge of baking and dessert making. They are interested in competing at the county and state levels in baking and pastry competitions to obtain scholarships for culinary school.
They have a yearning for learning how to prepare baked goods and desserts.
I hope to provide them with tools to help them create and grow.
Products such as the stand mixers and baking sheets will facilitate the expansion of their understanding of the essentials of pastry and baking.
