You will ultimately help improve their brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones, and muscles, and improve their ability to do everyday activities. Physical activity can also improve focus, school performance, sleep, and energy levels.
Most children in the Urban areas of Chicago do not have access to sports and extracurricular activities.
By donating to our children, we will be able to give them healthy experiences that will improve their lives on a daily basis. It will also give them the tools and habits to stay healthy throughout their life.
