BES Playground/Fitness Extravaganza!

My Project

We are one big family! We strive on team building and social interactions. The equipment will do just that. It will allow us to appropriately place equipment outside during our recess times for kids who are yearning to play team sports/activities. Many of the sports we attempt to play during recess are that of Soccer, Basketball, Four Square, Tetherball, Football, and Kickball.

Our lessons revolve around the health and wellness of each individual.

We focus on using new styles of equipment to help kids achieve new fitness goals. With this equipment we can continue to add new levels of fitness to our lessons. Some of these lessons include using step up equipment and even that of slam balls. Both of these types of equipment help kids target their whole bodies muscular system in one go. During, our fitness lessons we set kids up in stations so that each station targets a different type of physical fitness. Our goal is to teach kids their are many fun of ways to exercise that aren't always sports related!
