My Project
My second graders are an empathetic and bright bunch. They are the little lights of the world and are curious about the world around them. They care for each other and are so happy to be back at school this week.
Many of the items I am asking for run out during the previous year and need to be replaced at the beginning of the new year for the new community of students.
The materials I am asking for help make the classroom a better and happier place for kids. I am asking for art supplies and puzzles for students to use during art and free choice. Free choice and art time are sacred times when kids get to explore, create, relax and cooperate with other students. Additionally, we need a few more books for our classroom library and independent reading time-especially nonfiction books!
