it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Bringing sheets to college may seem like a small detail, but it plays a huge role in making dorm life comfortable and manageable. Your bed quickly becomes one of the most important spaces in your room—it's where you sleep, study, relax, and sometimes even eat. Clean, comfortable sheets help transform a basic dorm mattress into a cozy place that feels more like home.
Most college dorms provide a mattress, but not much else.
These mattresses are often used, uncomfortable, and not very hygienic. Having your own sheets not only creates a barrier between you and the mattress but also helps with better hygiene and sleep quality. It’s easier to relax and get a good night's sleep when your bed feels clean and familiar.
Additionally, sheets are a great way to personalize your space. Picking patterns or colors you like can brighten up a bland dorm room and give it a more welcoming, personalized vibe. They also make laundry routines easier when you have at least one backup set.
In short, bringing sheets to college is essential. They provide comfort, cleanliness, and a sense of home—three things that are crucial when adjusting to a new environment. As simple as they seem, sheets help create a space that’s your own, which is exactly what every college student needs.
