My Students

My students attend one of the few middle schools on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii! I teach grades 6-8 the covers the entire northern part of the island. I have 155 students that are curious and eager to learn. Part of our art class is studying the culture of the areas and other surrounding areas.

My students are energetic, inquisitive, creative; They want to discover the world around them.

They desire to work with new concepts and are intelligent in concepts and subject matter. They are bright kids with a bright future and will have a lot of success in my art class!

My Project

My students are eager and excited to be learning how to create and understand art. In order do this we need the proper supplies which we do no have. These materials will allow my students to explore different mediums and create with no limitation!

My students want to work and explore how different mediums work and be able to find where their abilities lie based on these mediums.

My goal is to provide them with the ability to create with only their imagination as their limit. I want them to be able to use any and all mediums in the classroom. I ask for your help to help my students have the materials to find their artistic voice
