This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help us ensure our preschool students have access to science and engineering exploration. These materials are all designed for open-ended exploration. They will develop an understanding of early science with the Sink or Float experiment and the volcano experiment. My students will also observe science through magnifiers.

Students will explore and learn with the building blocks, the magnet set, and the sorting stacking rocks that will help them build their understanding of engineering.

While using the clay & dough tools, jumbo tweezers, and sand tools they will be working on their gross motor function as they learn about science! If they run out of STEAM, they can relax with a good book about science!

I can't wait to see them play and hear the questions they ask while using the materials from this project!
