Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach my students to take pride in their work and always do their best on even the simplest assignments.
I think it is very important that students see their work displayed throughout their classroom.
I want my students to have a sense of pride in their work and put additional effort into it knowing it will be on display for all to see. In my room all the bulletin boards are bright and colorful and full of student work.
Unfortunately over the years the bulletin board paper has gotten torn from staples and is just worn out from student work being put up and taken down throughout the year. For this reason, I have created this project to update my student work display bulletin boards with paper that will not show the staple holes or tear from tape. It is my hope that I can continue to display student work and help students feel pride for what they have accomplished.
