How lucky am I that I get to spend every day with my 85 preschool students? My students are truly one-of-a-kind and I love spending my day with them. Their excitement and enthusiasm is refreshing! My students come to the gym everyday, where I provided them with a variety of activities to help build and enhance their gross motor development.
Learning to control and balance their bodies is one of the biggest skills my students need to work on, therefore I feel that the balance logs and balance boards I am requesting will help build their confidence in this area.
I love to provide my students with many opportunities to practice their balance when they are in the gym. I feel that the materials I am requesting will provide hours of fun for my students, as they are very active and love to play every minute they have in the gym.
My students look forward to coming to the gym and are so excited to see what we will be doing for the day. When planning instruction for my students, I make their learning intentional, but to them, it feels more like play. My students love working with their teams and even though they are just four and five years old, they support and encourage one another throughout our class time. It is truly amazing!
