Beanbags Create Calm Classroom Reading!

My Project

The beanbag chairs and floor seats will be used in the classroom, so students will feel calm and comfortable and be more able to focus and relax during quiet reading times.

The goal for having more comfortable seating options is to create a calm, focused atmosphere for learning.

Currently, students only have small old, hard school chairs without any comfortable floor seating. For students to be physically and emotionally healthy, they need to be able to move and relax in more comfortable seating positions.

The students in my classroom are special, because they are a diverse group of learners with varied emotional needs. I have second language learners, students with special needs, and students from low income households.
