My Project

What I love most about my students is their resilience, kindness, and eagerness to learn. Each one of them brings something unique to our classroom—a sense of humor, a creative spark, a helping hand. Many of my students face challenges outside of school, yet they show up every day ready to grow, support one another, and do their best. That strength and determination are what make them so special.

The Big Joe Milano Beanbag Chair will make a meaningful difference in our classroom by creating a calming, comfortable space where students can read, reflect, and reset.

Having a soft, welcoming seat gives them a sense of ownership in their learning environment and helps support focus, emotional regulation, and independent work. When students feel safe and comfortable, they’re more open to learning and more confident in taking academic risks.

My goal is to create a classroom that nurtures the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally. I want every student to feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. With resources like this cozy beanbag chair, I can build a space that truly meets their diverse needs and encourages a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
