This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are a STEM-based charter school in Naples, Florida with 74% of our students receiving free or reduced-price lunches. The families we serve really want what is best for their kids and trust me as their teacher to help make those decisions. The students in my classroom are very loving and caring individuals.

My students are passionate, eccentric, beautiful, intelligent, and all-around amazing. When you look into their eyes, you know that they are eager to consume knowledge. These students appreciate each and every day that they spend in the classroom because they know that they are going to use their minds in the most creative and innovative ways possible.
My Project
My students need books! A lot of my students don't have access to books at home. I wrote this project to change that! I want to give my students two books each. I choose two of the Zoey and Sassafras series books for them to keep at home.
My students love books, especially science enriched books to further their love for Reading.
I need bean bags for my reading nook in my classroom. I have requested four large bean bags students can sit on while reading in the classroom. These are made of a material that we can wipe down easily.
