Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What makes my students special is their excitement for learning and their willingness to try new things even when it’s challenging. They come to class ready to explore the Spanish language with open minds and big hearts.
My goal with this project is to create a welcoming and flexible learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, practicing speaking, and collaborating with each other.
The bean bags will transform a part of our classroom into a cozy reading and conversation corner, where students can engage in Spanish dialogues, read Spanish books, and work together on language activities.
Having a comfortable space makes a real difference in how students focus, participate, and enjoy learning. These bean bags will help build a classroom where Spanish learning feels fun, safe, and inspiring. ¡Gracias for supporting our journey!
