This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My grade K to 5 students work diligently in order to overcome their individual challenges to participate in school mobility, learning, PE, and recess as do their typically developing peers. Whether they have a history of Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, or ASD (among other diagnoses), they always come to physical therapy sessions prepared to work and play hard! This new bean bag selection will help all students integrate their classroom learning with strengthening, balance, coordination, and general sensorimotor activities!
