Battle on the Seneca: Lacrosse Shorts for K-2 Team

My students need 25 pairs of matching lacrosse shorts to wear throughout the season and to our first home tournament.

My Students

You have not seen dedication to a sport until you have seen our city's K-2 boys' lacrosse team.

These boys give it all they've got - during practice and at games.

They start with indoor lacrosse in January and play until the last tournament in July. The boys and their families give up their evenings and weekends for practices and games. They could spend their Saturdays watching TV and playing video games, but they choose to be on the lacrosse field, doing what they love.

My Project

Our boys’ K-2 lacrosse team has come a long way in the past few years. They put in hours of practice and hard work each week. We want them to know that the community supports their efforts and their love of the sport. That is why I would like to be able to give each player on the team a pair of lacrosse shorts. If they all wear matching shorts, they will look like a team. I believe it will also help them play like one.

Being able to gift them with matching shorts will make them feel more like a team and will encourage them to continue to work hard.

A little appreciation goes a long way to children, and these boys deserve it. Please consider supporting our school, our community, and team sports.
