Battle of the Books Club T Shirts!

My Students

My students are avid readers who are excited for the newest books, even over distance learning. They still send me recommendations of books they wish we had in the library, and they still are excited readers who love to share the books they have been enjoying at home. We all live in an urban area that has experienced a lot of shutdown to COVID-19. Despite this, these students still want books!

My Project

A small group of dedicated students have participated in our Battle of the Books club all year long on Zoom. These voracious readers have meet weekly over the entire year and also read almost twenty books. We had so much fun talking about these books and getting to know each other. These students have really been committed to this club all year and I would love to reward them with a t-shirt to celebrate their participation. It has been a tough year on everyone and I think having a small way to celebrate would mean a lot to these students.
