Baton Rouge, Louisiana Flood Students and Teacher

My students need listening center skill packs to enhance standards taught while they are in the technology workstation and protective cases for their tablets.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. S's classroom raised $530

This project is fully funded

My Students

I am a displaced teacher who not only lost my home and both vehicles, I lost my classroom and all materials in the recent flood. My students and I have been displaced from our school with little to no resources. They are in desperate need of normalcy as we deal with our losses. My students are extremely hopeful that life will return back to the way it was prior to this devastating flood. I am deeply saddened but am hopeful as well that we will get through this together.

My Project

My students need Write & Wipe Boards, Suffixes, Prefixes, Multiple Meanings, and Antonyms Listening Center Skill Packs, Language Learning Center for Common Core Standards, scissors, tablet cases, and a Rolling Organizer Set to replace the materials we lost.

The materials will create a learning environment that is conducive to learning.

Both my students and I have been displaced from our homes as well as our school. I loss my home, vehicles and my school. Our students loss their supplies as well as supplies in which I purchased with my own money. My students will greatly benefit from this project because we have been moved to a school in which we must share classrooms with little to no resources. My students are super special to me and I am in desperate need to create a since of normalcy for them as they go through months of rebuilding.
