This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students at our school really enjoy playing basketball. It's their top favorite sport for sure, and recently some of the balls have become unusable or deflated.
Having more basketballs would allow me to teach more students the game of basketball, especially the quieter ones who would rather not take a ball from a student who already knows how to play.
With extra balls, more students will be able to practice skills, and eventually participate in gameplay activities.
This would really help students to be engaged during P.E. class.
