My Project

Students use basic supplies in a classroom daily. My first graders are no exception. They use things like white boards, clipboards, tape, incentive charts, and pencils. I as a teacher could also really benefit from a cart to help organize our classroom materials.

Basic supplies run out quickly.

We are always in need of pencils and erasers. White boards are used frequently and with daily wear and tear need replaced every few years. Desk nametags last a couple months. After regular desk cleaning they need replaced. Their name tags provide more than just their names. It has a number line and 100 chart on it that they use daily in math class.

Students love to read and take tests on their books. If they pass a test they get to put a sticker on their incentive chart. This little motivation is huge to my first graders!
