it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Pencils and markers and other school supplies may seem very basic, but working with students on a daily basis we as teachers notice the vast amount of students that do not have something as essential for school as a it is a pencil. Any teacher could tell you the number of pencils that we need to buy out of pocket to provide our students with writing supplies, colored pencils, and other materials. Although we try many techniques to have students return our materials, a good number of supplies are needed to keep up with our students' needs.
In addition to that I would like to also request a color printer that will help me create educational materials, assignments, and study guides for everyday activities in my classroom.
Something as basic as these school supplies are essential tools for our students' development and their learning journeys.
