This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to work on creative projects. I teach at a technical high school and my students are never happier than when they are doing something creative. Unfortunately, we don't have the supplies in our classroom to make this happen. I would like to give my students more supplies so that they can work on projects rather than worksheets.

My goal for this project is to give my students the opportunity to learn and be creative at the same time.

Making school interesting and enjoyable for students gives them a reason to want to come to school.

My students are awesome. Some of my students can't afford to buy school supplies so I like to make sure that they have pencils to write with and notebooks if they need them. The colored printer paper and construction paper will allow my students to explore their creativity.
