My Project

I work in a low-income district where our budget has been completely cut. They come from difficult home lives where they look at school as their safe place. Having simple needs such as bulletin board paper, borders, and a white board with dry erase markers will help my special education students really succeed in my classroom. Having visual representations of their work on bulletin boards will act as reinforcement of the lesson and gives them pride in their work. My special education students learn best when they have hands-on activities. Having these school supplies will allow them to be successful and learn in the best way for them. Having these supplies will make all the difference in the world.
