This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school serves 700 PreK through 8th graders each week. My students love coming to our School Library, where they get to explore their interests, select books to read, collaborate with friends, and learn from hands-on Makerspaces. Unfortunately, we are running low on basic supplies and need help replenishing. As a specials class, the school library does not receive the same "back to school" supplies as regular classrooms, which means by March, consumables such as paper, crayons, pencils, glue, tape, and more are running out. Your donation will keep my students reading, writing, and creating!
