My Students

Teaching is not a job or a career for me. Teaching is my passion. My students teach me new things on a daily basis. Each and every student deserves the very best and with your help I can give them so much more to assist them in achieving their very best.

My students are your average 5th graders.

They are mostly from middle class families. They range from a variety of ability groups.

My students are extremely grateful for everything that is given to them, and they will use these resources to assist them in their success. The students in my class are amazing, sweet and kind. They amaze me on a daily basis with their eagerness to learn and grow. They are hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn.

My Project

The materials that I am requesting are all basic school supplies that my 52 students are quickly running out of. I am requesting a bulk pack of colored pencils and crayons for my students to use daily with their many hands on tasks that they work on collaboratively with their classmates. I am requesting a bulk pack of markers to replace the ones that are drying out. We use these markers within our whole group math lessons. I am also requesting pencils as the ones we started the year with are quickly disappearing.

All of these materials will ensure that my students are able to be as productive as possible in order to ensure their academic success.
