Basic Supplies for Photography Class

Help me give my students basic classroom supplies for photography class so they can reach their Individualized Educational goals.

My Project

Our school is comprised of students with disabilities and varying abilities. Six different classes come to Photography class daily. We are in need of basic classroom supplies such as hole punchers to make handmade photography books that will include literacy activities. We also need four cameras and some memory cards so that each student can have their own equipment and keep track of their work.

Photography class has been beneficial to my students because many have Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and/or Multiple Disabilities.

Working with photography gives my students the opportunity to level the playing field and creates an alternate avenue for self expression. This is especially powerful because many of the students are non verbal and rely on communication devices to express themselves.
