This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are living through unprecedented and extraordinary times. Never did I imagine that when my students and I said goodbye March 13th it would mean that it was our last day in our classroom, but it sadly was.

Now, we must prepare for the possibility of continuing this distance learning journey into a new school year.

My Project

My goal is to distribute basic supplies to my students at the beginning of the school year. Each student would receive a writing journal, pencils, white board and crayons.

Giving my student these essential and basic supplies would give them the opportunity to continue their learning from home.

Unfortunately not all students have these supplies readily available at home and our school can not provide all the resources our students need. Therefore, I am hoping that you can consider donating to our project and making a difference in my students' lives.
