My Project
The students in my class are amazing! We are working on basic academic skills, as well as learning about appropriate social, emotional, and behavioral skills. The supplies I am asking for will help in these areas.
Many of my students use token boards and star charts to reinforce appropriate behaviors.
These token boards and charts can be costly to print out when you consider the price of ink for colored printers, heavy cardstock (which is used sso they can last longer), and hook and loop fasteners (that are used to be able to put the tokens on and take them off). I am asking for help in purchasing those items. Some students are learning how to monitor their own behaviors, so use dry erase markers and crayons to put check marks into boxes instead of using boards with velcro. I am also asking for items that I can put into our classroom prize box; these items are things the students will sometimes choose to work for using their token boards.
