This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As an elementary art teacher who teaches 600+ students in grades 3-6, we go through more supplies than the average teacher. Markers dry out quickly and colored pencils are sharpened until they are unbearably hard to hold - they are so tiny. This is just an example of how we run out of some supplies quicker than others!
By providing my classroom with these markers, colored pencils, and sharpener, you are helping my students to have beautiful and brighter projects to take home or display in our hallways!
Any help is greatly appreciated, and I know my students would be thrilled to have new supplies in the art room!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
