Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thanks so much in advance for helping supply my students with basic supplies, including laminating sheets, lacing beads, and toothbrushes/toothpaste! The laminating sheets will be so helpful in teaching our students with worksheets to learn math, writing, science, and so much more! The lacing beads will help facilitate visual motor and perceptual skill building and fine motor skills. The toothbrush and toothpaste will be so helpful to learn life skills! The students range from kindergarten up to grade 5. Their diagnoses include Autism, Developmental Delays, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Batten Disease, Angelman's Syndrome, and students with speech impairments and other disabilities. I will also share the donations with colleagues of mine who also work with students with special needs in this school. Our extensive therapy room consists of occupational, speech, and physical therapists. We collaborate when developing treatment plans and will all benefit from this donation! Thank you so much for your help in providing them with these materials! We truly appreciate your kindness!
