I am a second grade teacher in a Title 1 school where the majority of the students are from low-income families. There are several items our class needs to meet basic needs. Broom, dustpan, and kleenex are to keep the classroom sanitary. Snacks are provided for students each day and many are unable to bring their own so this would help fill a basic food need for the students.
