This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As my students return for the new school year. I find that something as simple as pencils, sharpeners, and composition books are in short supply. I am trying to ensure my student have their basic supply needs met.
Sometimes it is the basics that bring engagement in learning.
Pencils, sharpeners, erasers, journals and a few art supples can boost learning engagement to a new level. I am also requesting folders as well so these items act as a form of collaboration as they plan and create. The folders will aid in keeping their assignments neat.
