Basic Necessities

My students need basic necessities like folders, books at their reading level, sensory manipulatives, ink for their projects, and shoes to start the school year off.

My Students

Do you remember what it was like going to school? Getting ready with your school supplies and wearing your new clothes and shoes?

My students come to school with the bare minimum.

Some of them can not afford to bring in school supplies like white out, pencils, lined paper, sheet protectors or 3 prong folders. Some of them do not have shoes. It effects their performance in school.

My Project

The sheet protectors, lamination machine, printer ink, ear buds, 3 prong folders, shoes and pans for their cooking class will benefit them in so many ways. It will afford projects to be laminated, printed and bound for presentations. The ear buds earphones will be utilized when students work independently without disturbing other students. The pans provided will be utilized extensively in Home Economic class in order to teach my students every day living skills.

By supporting my students, they will know that there is always hope and a way to find resources and materials we need.

Being a Title I school these items are not readily available and without these donations these activities can not take place.
