Help me give my students snacks and Play-Doh! Many high schoolers have a very late lunch or come to school without breakfast. I like to have snacks for them so they can settle their bodies and learn.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Monnier's classroom raised $170
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Play-Doh is very useful for teens who have a hard time self-calming or for projects where they write about a form they represent in clay! Adolescents can be incredibly creative and artistic, and the dough gets their ideas developing. The texture and the smell are very comforting as well.
Snacks are necessary for students who come to school without breakfast, or those who have a late lunch.
I like to offer a small snack on test days as well to help them feel relaxed and focused without rumbling stomachs so they can concentrate!
