My students need the Lively Letters program to learn letter identification and sounds. This will be used as an intervention program for struggling students.

My Students
"If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn" (Ignacio Estrada). I apply this to my teaching each and every day. Every child that enters my classroom learns at a different pace and with a different style.
Our kindergarten classroom is located in the best state -- Michigan!
20 amazing students walk through my door every morning. I'm greeted with hugs, high fives, smiles, and fist bumps. These students and their parents trust that I'm going to give 110% when I instruct. I want to do just that!
My Project
Lively Letters is a program that involves oral kinesthetics, imagery, hand cues, music, and mnemonic stories to make it easier for students to learn and remember their letter sounds. Lively Letters allows me to reach those struggling learners and introduce a new way to learn letter identification and letter sounds. It allows me to reach a variety of learning styles.
The items I'm requesting include the beginner kit (manual and cards) and an activity book. Lively Letters teaches letters and sounds with a new approach. Confused by the title of this project? Maybe this explanation will help. Letter D is introduced in Lively Letters as a letter that bangs on the /d/ /d/ drum. To make the sound, a student must use loud tongue dance. Students are hearing the sound and making the sound. We can also sing the corresponding song. The program meets the needs of all learning styles.
Help me teach to the whole learner!
Lively Letters provides me with the tools I need to reach all of my students. Your donation will bring letter identification and letter sound knowledge to a classroom full of amazing kids!
