My students need Fitness Balls to move more in the classroom.
FULLY FUNDED! Dr. Aymett's classroom raised $316

My Students
My students love the few balls I could buy and they need more. My students come from a low-income and free lunch setting. They live in the inner city and are extremely motivated by sitting on balls. They can't wait for their turn to use the ball, but it would be amazing if everyone had their own.
My students come from inner city homes and most are living in poverty.
They are Hispanic, African American, and Caucasian. They are the most appreciative, hard working, positive group of children I have ever worked with. So, their enthusiasm for the few balls I got motivated me to try to get each child a ball.
My Project
The students will sit on the ball throughout the day. This makes learning fun. They can move around some on the ball. One student with special needs will do yoga exercises with the ball to help develop her balance. These balls will help the students maintain engagement in lessons and improve their balance in school.
The balls are going to motivate my students, make them more comfortable, and therefore, increase their learning experience in school.
Students are going to try harder than ever because they love sitting on balls. Their attitude toward learning is going to skyrocket if they can all have a ball seat.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
