Balance and Tumbling Fun!

My Project

Help me give my students updated balance and tumbling supplies to increase participation, fun, and excitement for this unit. My students are split in the types of activities they like to do as part of the tumbling unit, but one things for sure is that their favorite activities include those with balance and jumping.

We currently only have regular gymnastics mats that allow the students to mainly focus on tumbling.

These supplies add the elements of jumping and balance! Buying mats for jumping has always been a barrier because they are either too large or incredibly expensive. These new inflatable options are game changers. In addition, instead of plain balance beams, the spooner boards and stilts will provide added movement to make balancing more challenging.
