Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

After a year and a half of living through a pandemic, students are back at school with spirit in East Austin.

The cheer team is ready to support our student athletes, but are in need of uniforms and other supplies.

We are starting practices, and students need bags to carry their change of clothes.

My Project

The E. Cheer Team is just getting started. E. Cheer was not active during the pandemic. Now, students are back in the classroom and trying to return to normal. School spirit encourages students to participate in extra curricular activities and be active members of their school. Student athletes have worked through many obstacles and remain strong. Cheer wants to support them.

As of now, E.

Cheer needs new uniforms, cheer shoes and pom-poms included. They are beginning to practice, but don't have bags to carry their change of clothes.
