This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students I service in my language literacy center are Title I, Low Socio-Economic, EB students who are in need of literacy intervention. These students come from struggling families who lack the resources and means to support them at home. Due to this, they lack the opportunities that many other students have in their early years in literacy. My students who are struggling readers need all the opportunities possible to advance in their learning. They love coming to the center every day and learning new things, they enjoy reading and being successful. This TpT gift card will provide materials to keep that going.
