My Students

Kindergarten is an exciting time in a child's life. My students come from a variety of backgrounds and yet we come together to form a special school family. It's so important for students to have hands-on learning opportunities to reinforce skills being taught.

My Project

The goal is to make the last days of Kindergarten memorable with our Backwards ABC Bootcamp. We will do a letter of the day starting with the letter Z and work our way through the alphabet. During Z day, students will bring their favorite stuffed animal to school and we'll go on a virtual field trip to the zoo while eating animal crackers. On T day, students will wear 'tutus' and 'ties' while we complete activities revolving around the letter T. On O day, students will use a hands-on sensory bin to explore ocean habitat. We will end on the last day of school with the letter A and an Aloha Adventure.
